SHIPPING POLICY

OXHORN DESIGNS is capable of shipping worldwide.

By default, we ship to the address provided during PayPal checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, or undeliverable shipments due to issues with the address. To minimize shipping issues, please ensure that your PayPal address is correct. If you are unable to match your PayPal address with your shipping address, please contact us with your order details to tell us the address you would like us to ship to.We make every effort to process your order and ship within three business days. However, since our items are handmade jewelry, our shipment times can be dependent based on availability.Items that are out of stock will ship within 14 business days.

 

SHIPPING METHODS:

OXHORN DESIGNS offers expedited shipping at a cost of $30 up to $799.99 purchases.

From purchases of $800 to $1799.99, shipping costs are $45.

From $1800 shipping costs are $100.

We usualy deliver "Express Worldwide" via DHL.
Expedited shipping will deliver shipments to most parts of the world in 3 business days. Tacking number will be send to you by email.

In special cases, we may ship via ground shipping and will notify you in advance regarding that.

Via ground shipping you should get your package within 7-14 business days.

The above times evaluations are according to declarations by the shipping company.

Thus, Oxhorn Designs won’t be responsible for delays related to the shipping company or the customs. We use insured shipping so we’ll be happy to help you with any problem that may arise.

 

Our costs do not include taxes or duties. It is possible that you may be charged these additional fees upon delivery based on your country’s laws and rates. These costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Our customers’ satisfaction is of the utmost concern to OXHORN DESIGNS. We work tirelessly to ensure that you can purchase our handmade jewelry with confidence.

If you receive your product and for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your product or return it for a full refund, whichever you would prefer, within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original buyer. We will accept a return of anything you purchased from OXHORN DESIGNS as long as the item has not been used, and is in its original condition and packaging. For a full refund, please include a written statement of your wish to return the item or items.

Before returning your purchase, please send an email to info@oxhorndesigns.com. We can only accept returns when we are informed in advance and can confirm the return in writing.

Return items should be shipped using a trackable and insured mail service.

Once we have received the returned items in saleable condition we will issue a refund for the originally paid price of the items, minus the original shipping charges. Return shipping charges, including any insurance, are solely the responsibility of the customer.

We apologize, but specially-ordered products may not be returned.
